Ideally, the findings and conclusions that we make in our action research align with the affirmative answer to our research questions. But, there's also value in sharing findings even if they are not the desired outcomes. Sharing results allows action research teams to further reflect on the problem as well as the process of conducting research. Experiences and results may benefit other educators in their attempts to improve their teaching and student learning.
